Select Board Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call – Marlene Freyler (Chair), Chris Frey and Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator, were in attendance.

Regular and Old Business
- The Board reviewed the minutes of the February 1, February 8 and February 16 Meetings.
Motion: Marlene Freyler motioned to accept the minutes.
Second: Chris Frey
Decision: 2-0
- The Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest were reviewed and signed.
- Marlene stated it was decided that Town Meeting will take place on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kearsarge Regional Middle School. The meeting will be posted in the Bradford Bridge, Intertown Record, post office, bank and the Bradford website. Karen said the elections will take place on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- SOP – The Board reviewed the updated Snow Removal and Ice Removal Policy.
Motion: Chris Frey made a motion to adopt the updated snow removal and ice removal policy.
Second: Marlene Freyler
Decision: 2-0
- Karen reported that a new recording secretary has been hired. The Board members signed the personnel action form for the new recording secretary and welcomed her to the meeting.
New Business:
- The Board briefly reviewed the 2020 Expenses. They are almost complete.
- Karen said she discussed office hours with Maureen Brandon. They will consider changing the office hours when the building reopens to the public.
- Marlene and Chris signed the Warrant.
- Marlene and Chris signed the Tax Anticipation Note.
