Pledge of Allegiance

Meeting called to order at 5:35pm

Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman; Harry Wright, Selectman

Regular Business

  1. Results of Town Election reviewed. All results are posted on Town Clerk’s wall and at Bradfordnh.org. Chair welcomed Sonny Harris back for another 3yr term. Selectmen signed appointments.
  2. Business portion of town meeting will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 10am at Bradford Elementary School.
  3. Health officer is coming to Bradford tomorrow to inspect the reported failed septic on Route 114 and several reported issues on Old Warner Rd. Correspondence has been sent to Route 114 resident, Selectmen agreed letters need to be sent to residents on Old Warner Rd.
  4. Selectmen signed TAN note.
  5. Signed contract required by landfill permit on Naughton Property/Marshall Property. Town has manuals detailing what can and cannot be done, development-wise, on the property. Contract for landfill testing by Provan & Lorber signed by Selectmen.
  6. Town Administrator asked permission of the Selectmen to get estimate from the state for Water St Bridge. For a financial point of reference and to show the state that the town is interested in bridge repairs. Application for preliminary estimate signed by Selectmen.
  7. Regarding the contents of a property up for tax deed, Town Administrator asked how long the content’s owners have to remove personal property. Selectmen advised to write a letter to request all contents be removed from property by the end of the summer.
  8. Town Office will be closed Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 8:45am-10:30am due to lack of coverage.
  9. Power Point slides for Town Hall presentation at Town Meeting reviewed. Minor adjustments made.
  10. Motion made for John Pfeifle to be Chairman of the Bradford Board of Selectmen for the year 2015-2016. Motion carried 3-0.

Pending Issues

  1. Autocraft- forwarded to town attorney for action
  2. Failed septic system on Route 114
  3. Shed unlawfully built on Center Rd
  4. Questionable effluent N side of Old Warner Rd

Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest reviewed and signed.

Minutes of March 9, 2015 meeting were reviewed. Motion made to accept minutes as presented. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
