Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
May 18, 2015
Pledge of Allegiance
Meeting called to order at 5:30pm
Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Sonny Harris, Selectman
The board expressed its deepest respect and regard for Harry Wright, Selectman, who is absent due to a loss in the family.
Regular Business
- July 4th Committee presented checks for deposit to the Bradford Independence Day Celebration (BIDC) Trust Fund. Motion made to accept checks. Voted 2-0.
- Timber tax warrant signed by Selectmen.
- Town Administrator advised the road sweeping is being completed today.
- THRC Oversight Committee will be meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 7pm in the BACC Youth Room.
- Selectmen received Notice of Decision that the Planning Board has approved a seasonal farm stand on Route 114.
- Town Administrator advised a credit application is being filed for a general purpose town credit card. The card will be closely regulated.
- Town Administrator advised that after today the Highway Dept has no funds left for overtime wages, however they do have $9,000 left in part time wages.
- Court documents received stating that an appeal date has been set for Autocraft on Route 114.
- Letter received from CIP Chair requesting Selectmen’s assistance in moving the 2016-2021 CIP forward. In an effort to stay on track, applications should be filed for any capital items from 2015 that were not funded, those for 2016-2020 that are still requested, and any additional items for 2021. Planning Board/CIP Secretary is available to answer questions about the applications and can be reached at recorder@bradfordnh.org or 938-5193.
- Harry Wright, Selectman, is continuing correspondence with owner of the original Town Hall latch.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest reviewed and signed.
Minutes of May 11, 2015 meeting were reviewed and accepted with no edits. Meeting adjourned at 5:45pm.
