Pledge of Allegiance
In attendance John Pfeifle, Chairman; Harry Wright, Selectman; Sonny Harris, Selectman Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm
Appearances:
- Beth Downs regarding excavation activity on Fairgrounds Road. Downs asked the Board of Selectmen to investigate the whether proper permits had been obtained. Jim Bibbo remarked he had received an email from conservation regarding the matter and was passing this along to the Board of Selectmen as they are the enforcers of the Zoning Regulations. The Board will look into the matter and send the Building Inspector to the site to check for permits.
Regular Business:
- Intent to cut on Map 12 Lot 11 was signed by Selectmen.
- The LEOP update was discussed. Selectmen will send a letter to Bruce Edwards regarding status on the update and offer assistance if needed.
- Cheryl reported the NH Technical Assistance Grant round is now open and applications would be available on line.
- Selectmen will continue to pursue the cleanup at Autocraft
- Selectmen authorized NH Cop Sync. This would provide the offices with a safety system.
- Cemetery bids were opened. The Board review the proposals.
- Town Hall Restoration RFP for basement. Selectmen will discuss
- Selectmen reviewed the proposed warrant articles again. Discussion with Fire Chief Goldberg regarding financing a new pump truck this year.
Meeting moved to non public session per RSA 91A3IIc. Vote Pfeifle, yes; Harris, yes; Wright, yes. Time = 6:35pm
Returned form non public session at 6:44pm. Public meeting adjourned at 6:45pm.
