Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
November 2, 2015

Meeting called to order at 5:30pm
Roll Call- Harry Wright, Selectman; Sonny Harris, Selectman
John Pfeifle is still in the hospital recovering from a heart valve replacement
Regular Business
1. Town Clerk advised Selectmen of state election changes: Selectmen must be present at polls for duration of entire Election Day. If a voter does not have a photo ID a Polaroid photo must be taken of them. Cost of new election machine is $3,500. Motion to accept purchase of voting machine for use beginning January 2016. Voted 2-0.
2. CNHRPC has advised of a Brownfield grant to evaluate and define brownfields in the region with committee of citizenry. Asking for a volunteer or volunteers to represent the town. Please call the town office if you would like to volunteer. Committee will likely meet in or near Concord.

4. Maggie Stier and the NH Preservation Alliance Board of Directors will be visiting the Bradford Town Hall on Friday November 6, 2015 at 11:00am while on their tour of designated 7 To Save properties. Michelle Halstead will be present to discuss fundraising efforts.
5. Employee health insurance rate is increasing 3.4%. Will discuss employee participation in non-public session.
6. Police, Rescue and Fire budgets have been submitted along with a revised Town Clerk budget and two warrant articles from the Fire Dept.
7. Employee evaluations will be sent out to department heads for Selectmen’s review.
8. Assessor is coming on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 9am. Residents may call the town office ahead of time if they would like an appointment.

Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifest reviewed and signed.
Minutes of October 26, 2015 meeting were reviewed and accepted with correction to start time.
Public meeting adjourned at 5:57pm. Motion to move into non-public session per RSA 91A:3IIa. Voted 2-0.
