Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call – Harry Wright, Chairman; Barry Wheeler, Selectman; Delbert Harris, Selectman
Appearances:
1. Mike Ott – perspective resident regarding discretionary easement.
2. Erica Gross, Town clerk/tax clerk –regarding recount and misplaced tally sheets
3. Dave Camire Jr. – Spoke with selectmen regarding rights of townspeople to be heard in a public forum and improving community relationships. Trust must be earned.
4. Dave Camire Sr – Spoke with selectmen on topics concerning public perceptions and need to work together
5. Jeff Remillard – Truck with broken springs abt $1100 to be fixed. Selectmen approved. Summer schedule – 4 ten hour days approve by unanimous vote of selectmen. Jeff will prepare an on call list. Will begin next week 6:30am – 5:00pm
6. Town Hall Restoration Committee – Eileen Kelly reviewed the RFP on town hall. Requested it be sent out by Friday to a provided list of firms. Return date of April 16th.
7. Rob Steitz reminded the meeting that the daily forest fire danger is posted on the web site.
Regular Business:
1. Accounts Payable and Payroll Manifests for review
2. Status of Pleasant View Road – Still cleanup and ditching
3. Meeting with Lance Harbor regarding Warner River Regional Water Shed – Army Corp of Engineers will conduct study.
4. Bridge Engineering & Costs – Cheryl outlined the process of study, surveying, preliminary and final design. Total cost not fixed until bid.
5. 2012 Registration for Litter Free NH for signature – paperwork signed
6. Status of repair of pickup truck – Highway has purchased a new box and will repair the truck.
7. Sale of town properties discussed. List of properties owned by town
8. NO meeting next week
