II. Town Hall disconnect of phone lines for alarm.
III. Rural Heritage Committee
a. Possible joint approach to Selectmen to establish/institute a protocol to accept RHC donations specific to Town Hall – RHC’s Cornerstone Account.
b. RHC wants to partner with Town Hall Committee staffing a table outside in front of Town Hall on 07 July during Art Show. (Raffle table inside with display of raffle items and ticket sales. Serves double purpose of monitoring the gallery.)
Table would contain Town Hall Restoration Fact Sheet, RHC Brochures, RHC Pledge forms, RHC Receipt of Tax-Free Contribution Forms, Information Sheet, Brochures, Raffle Tickets, Jar for Contributions to Town Hall Restoration, and Town Hall Baseball caps for sale.
