  1. Review and approve minutes of September 1, 2016 meeting.
  1. Present proposed project scope for next year to the Selectmen.
  1. Discuss as necessary, obtain commitment from the Selectmen to put a town hall restoration bond article on the warrant for town meeting 2017.
  1. Review LCHIP’s (Jenna) e-mail of 9/12 and craft a response.
