Mr. Black advised he does have the Shore Line permit from the State. It was determined by the board that a Variance was required.
It was explained that a Public Hearing is also required.

Chase Kenyon – Route 114:
Chase Kenyon came before the Zoning Board of Adjustment as recommended to Mrs. Kenyon by the Selectmen’s office. The Selectmen had previously forwarded a letter to him regarding being in Code Violation with the stationary bus on the property. Mr. Kenyon advised he is looking for a temporary Variance, for a time extension until he is able to sell the vehicle in question.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair advised the Zoning Board of Adjustment is responsible to uphold Zoning Laws as voted on by the town, as well as rules handed down by the State. The Committee could grant a Variance if the condition fits the criteria. Brooks pointed out that there is not usually a temporary Variance.
The consensus of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is to forward a letter to the Selectmen regarding Mr. Kenyon appearing before the ZBA, referencing the letter they had forwarded to Mr. & Mrs. Kenyon, and to advise them that Mr. Kenyon advised he can do something prior to June 30th., after which he will be out of commission.
Tri-Folds:
The Tri-Folds that have been worked on previously were gone over with some wording changes made working to update them. This will be worked on further in effort to get them competed and printed for pubic information.
There being no other business to come before the board, meeting adjourned 8:30pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Marjorie R. Cilley
Secretary
