ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00pm with Andrew Pinard, Nancy McEachern, Bill Glennie and Marge Cilley Secretary present. Denise Renk was absent.
Review and Consideration of June 6, 2012 minutes:
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to accept the minutes of June 6, 2012. Seconded by Nancy McEachern. Andrew advised on Page three, Nancy McEachern’s name was misspelled. Motion carried with edit 4-0.
Michael and Gisele Fournier – continuation of Public Hearing for Variance Application – Map 22, Lot 18:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair advised he had received communication from the Chairman of the Conservation Commission saying that they had no specific objection of the proposal on this lot. They however, do have concern about increasing development around the lake, with potential problems from run off from impervious surfaces and additional septic systems.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to approve the Application for a Variance for Michael and Gisele Fournier Map 22, Lot 18. Seconded by Bill Glennie.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair read RSA 674:33; the five criterion again, which were all met
Brooks McCandlish. Chair abstained. Motion carried 3-0.
Autumn Rose Application for Variance –Johnson Hill Road- Map 2, Lot 61:
Mark Sargent, Richard Bartlett Associates, represented Autumn Rose and reviewed the maps and six copies of the Application with the Board for a three lot subdivision. The Notice of Decision from the Planning Board was noted.
Motion was made by Andrew Pinard to accept the Application for the Autumn Rose Variance as complete. Seconded by Bill Glennie. Motion carried 4-0
The lots result in 61 – 1.81 buildable acres, Lot 61-1 – 1.93 buildable acres, Lot 61-2 – 1.96 buildable acres. Also discussed was the Ancient Road that was discovered that was actually a town road. It was thought that only a small portion of the road had been discontinued and did not include this section. Mr. Sargent advised they are seeking a Variance under Zoning Ordinance Article III,I,1 .
Discussion continued regarding the road, referred to as Lords Road, which will be further checked into prior to the Public Hearing.
The Autumn Rose Variance Application Public Hearing will be held on August 1, 2012 at 7:00pm.
Mention was made that Industrial Communications did a Balloon Test and Andrew has taken pictures and video.
Mention of seeking Alternates was made. Also a member will be absent for several months commencing August or September.
The next Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be: August 1, 2012 at 7:00pm
