Roll Call:
Members: Brooks McCandlish, Chair; Bill Duffy, Vice Chair, Stephen Pierce
Denise Renk, Ken Parys, Alternate seated
Bob Hodges, Nathanial Bruss absent
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM
Minutes of June 6, 2018 were reviewed and accepted.
New Business:
1. Agenda had called out Earl Spurlock appearing to discuss a Variance for Map 17/Lot 35. Questions were resolved without an appearance needed.
Other Business:
1. The Board conducted a 2nd round review of the Special Exception form. Final edits were discussed and will be presented at the next meeting for review.
2. The Board reviewed an update to the ZBA Rules and Procedures regarding Alternate participation.
Motion: Denise Renk motioned to accept the update to the ZBA Rules & Procedures
Second: Stephen Pierce
Decision: vote 5-0 in favor
3. Stephen and Ken updated the Board on information shared at the June 12th Planning Board Meeting with Bernie Waugh of Gardner Fulton & Waugh PLLC.
Zoning Board Communication:
1. The next ZBA meeting will be held at the BACC August 1, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
Motion: Stephen Peirce motioned to adjourn at 8:20 PM
