ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES DRAFT
August 7th, 2019
Members: Brooks McCandlish Chair, Ken Parys Vice-Chair, Stephen Pierce, Denise Renk, Nathanial Bruss (arrived at 7:11pm), and Bill Duffy (seated) were present.
Bob Hodges, Alternate was absent.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM
There were no appearances.
Minutes from the July 3rd, 2019 meeting were reviewed.
Motion: Ken Parys motioned to approve.
Second: Denise Renk
Decision: 5-0 in favor.
Zoning Board Communication:
- Brooks review a letter received from FEMA notifying the Board of the engineering data models being used for the ongoing flood risk assessment project in the area.
- Brooks also asked the Board to plan on discussing any Zoning changes they feel should be proposed to the Planning Board for possible amendment during the September ZBA meeting. Stephen Pierce raised Accessory Dwelling Units as a potential subject to discuss.
- The next ZBA meeting will be held at the BACC September 4th, 2019 at 7:00pm
