Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of December 2, 2015 reviewed with no edits.
Public Hearing for Map 17-3
Public hearing opened at 7:04pm. Bill & Tyler McIver reviewed the Application for a Variance for a covered storage area at 104 E. Main St, Map 17-3. The covered storage area will house bark mulch and sand that was previously in the same location covered by tarps.
Public hearing closed at 7:13pm.
- Motion made to approve the Application for a Variance. Voted 4-0.
Receipt of Applications
Application for a Special Exception received from Lauryn Morell for 73 Oakdale Rd, Map 19-31. Proposes to move the intended location of the house forward 10 feet to avoid ledge and minimize blasting, per Bradford Zoning Ordinance, Article III D. 2.
Board requested the location of neighboring houses be indicated on the applicant provided map.
- Motion made to schedule a Public Hearing for January 6, 2016. Voted 3-0.
Correspondence/Miscellaneous
- Notice of Decision received from Planning Board for Site Plan Application for Map 3-89.
- Verified member term expirations as requested by Town Clerk’s Office.
- Board members are invited to interview secretarial candidates at the December 22, 2015 Planning Board meeting.
As there was no additional business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 7:44pm.
