Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Brooks McCandlish, Chair.

Dunne Application:
The Board reviewed the application and it was approved as complete. There will be a public Hearing on Jan 3rd, 2018 at 7:00 in the Community Center.
Public Hearing Halsted appeal of Croto’s Home Business:
Brooks McCandlish recused himself from the Board as he is an abutter. Bill Duffy opened the Public Hearing at 7:20pm, with Denise Renk, Nathanial Bruss, and Bob Hodges present and seated. Mr. Croto requested that a full Board hear the case, and the Halsteds agreed to postpone the Public Hearing till March 7th, 2018. There was a motion to postpone continue the Public Hearing at 7 PM, March 7, 2016, at the Bradford Community Center. Motion seconded, vote 4-0.
Other Business:
- Letter from Helelton’s Hezelton’s attorney requesting an extension for their building permit the Special Exception for a Junkyard. The Board discussed the matter and there was a motion to extend the building permit to 4.4.18, seconded, vote 4-1
- Sign Ordinance: The Board decided to send letters to the owners of Twiggs Twigs and Compassions Compassion Vet regarding their signage stating that if they want to keep their signs up, as they are, they will have to apply for a variance. The Board asked the recording secretary to draft a letter and send to Brooks for his approval.
- Heather Weed’s resignation letter: Heather will no longer be an alternate on the Bradford Zoning Board
