Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of July 6th were approved with no edits
Receipt of Applications:
Robert C. Stewart Jr. / RCS Designs submitted an application on behalf of Fred and Lois Schweizer for a variance from Article III, Section D-4 of the Town of Bradford Zoning Ordinance. Robert would like to raze existing home and build a new one; the lot is 3.52 acres+- with frontage of 533’+- on Davis Road (Map 22/Lot16) in the residential rural district with 30’ side and rear setback and 50’ front setback.
Board reviewed application and made a motion to hold a Public Hearing on August 17th. Robert has provided a list of all abutters and notices will be sent out informing of the Public Hearing.
New business:
Mark Fournier informed the Board that he will be resigning from the Board as of September 1, 2016, he expressed that he has enjoyed his term on the Board and looks forward to having one of the alternates fill his position.
Election of new Board member:
The Board nominated Bob Hodges to replace Mark Fournier as of September 1, 2016, the vote was unanimous.
As there was no additional business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 7:28PM.
