Notice of Site Walk

You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustments will conduct a Site Walk on January 29, 2020 at 3:00pm, related to a request by Robert Laurendeau for a Variance to Article III, Section D:3 and D:4, regarding established setback criteria in the Bradford, NH Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed variance requests approval to facilitate construction of a two-bedroom, single family, home, in a Rural Residential District, located at Map 22/ Lot 3A. The Site Walk location will be conducted at the vacant lot between 58 and 62 East Shore Drive.
