Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of April 6, 2016 reviewed with no edits.
Receipt of Applications:
There were no new applications presented at this time.
New business:
- Bill Duffy and Heather Weed both attended the Local officials Workshop, Heather attended the Workshop in Grantham held on April 13th and Bill attended the Workshop in Hudson held on April 27th. Both members said the workshop was very informative and talked about the Right to know Law as well as a general overview on Site Walks and how they are conducted.
- The Board reminded the members of public that were present at the meeting that any and all decisions made by the Board need to be made in a Public meeting, decisions cannot be made by Board members through personal non-public meetings.
Communication and Miscellaneous
- Notice from Scott MacLean from Bradford Conservation Commission regarding the Warner River Nomination asking the Board for a letter of support to the State Legislature which would set up an advisory committee to review all potential projects within ¼ a mile from the Warner River. Bill Duffy made a motion to provide letter of support, seconded by Mark Fournier. Bill later rescinded his motion and restated a motion to follow up with Scott MacLean for further information.
- Brook McCandlish read a letter sent by Beth Downs opposing the Corvus Group.
As there was no additional business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 7:28pm.
