Review and consideration of the January 5, 2022 minutes.

Motion: Beth Downs motioned to accept the minutes as written.

The board reviewed the application.

Motion: Ken Parys moved to accept the Application as complete.

A site visit was scheduled for March 1st at 4:00 PM

A public hearing was scheduled for 7:00 PM March 2nd at the next scheduled ZBA meeting.
