Receipt of applications
Tracey and Jeff Quigley appeared to present an application for the addition of a porch to the front of their home on High Street.
The Board accepted the Quigley’s application and fees. A public hearing will be scheduled for the next Zoning Board meeting, April 3, 2024.
A property owner appeared to consult about constructing housing on Massasecum Avenue to be used seasonally and temporarily.

Reminder: Save the date Spring Zoning and Planning Conference. Saturday, May 11, 8:45 am – 3:30 pm, Online, (recording available after session), Registration opens April 1.
