ZONING BOARD MINUTES

7:00 PM HELD REMOTELY VIA ZOOM PLATFORM
Members: Brooks McCandlish, Chair; Ken Parys, Vice Chair; Beth Downs, Nathaniel Bruss, Denise Renk (Absent).
Alternates: Robert Hodges (Absent), William Duffy (Absent)

Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm
To Do:
- Review and consideration of June 3rd, 2020 minutes
Motion: Nathaniel Bruss motioned to accept the minutes as written with the spelling correction of Jewett Road as well as to note the Zoning Board discussed but did not make any decisions. Pertaining to reaching out to the Planning Board in regards to the lack of specific guidelines around Lake Massasecum and the towns Vision for the Lake.

Other Communications:
- Ken Parys will draft a letter to the Planning Board in reference to guidance for the Zoning ordinance around lake Massasecum and what the towns vision is for the lake.
- OSI publication order of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Handbook for Beth Downs.
- The Zoning Board discussed the re-opening of the BACC and the options available for holding the meeting during COVID-19.
The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on August 5th, 2020 held remotely via the Zoom platform.
