Brooks requested that the minutes be sent to the Board members as well as Karen Hambleton.

New business:
Brooks was contacted by Ligia Van regarding a Special Exception for commercial use in Residential Rural District – Map 4, Lots 21 and/or 22. She wanted to know about building and then renting tiny houses on the property. No further contact has been made.
Old business:
Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirements Application Form:
This form, which has been unused by the Board in the recent past, is related to mistakes made in good faith regarding building beyond boundaries. It should be added to the other forms. Kathleen will check with Ken Parys to see if he has a word doc of the form and will arrange to have it printed.
Application updates: Zoning Board forms need to be updated with new fees. Kathleen will check with Karen to see how/where the documents are stored, edit the forms, and print new ones.
Communications and Miscellaneous: Kathleen and Brooks will get the logon for ZBA email account.
