Review minutes of 10/4/2023 minutes. Postponed to December meeting.

Receipt of applications:

Michael and Janet Bauer: Application for Variance. 16 Sunset Lane, Bradford, NH Map 16 Lot 29. The applicants are proposing an extension off an existing garage to be used for winter storage of a boat.

Motion: Bill Duffy moved to accept the application as complete as presented and to schedule a public hearing and site walk.

Second: Jim Varney

Decision: All in favor, 4-0

Motion: Laura Beaton moved to schedule the public hearing on November 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm and site walk for November 14, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Second: Bill Duffy

Decision: Approved by all, 4-0

Richard and Judith Curless: Application for Variance, Represented by Nick Vertefeuille, LSIT

The applicants are seeking a variance for minimum building setbacks, minimum lot area, and minimum contiguous road frontage requirements to construct a suitable driveway that is entirely on Map 22 Lots 29 & 30, #102 and #98 Davis Road, Bradford, NH.

Motion: Bill Duffy moved to accept the application as complete as presented and to schedule a public hearing and site walk.

Decision: All in favor, 4-0

Motion: Laura Beaton moved to schedule the public hearing on November 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm and site walk for November 14, 2023 at 4:30 pm.
