Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm
To Do:
- Review and consideration of the November 4th, 2020 minutes.
Motion: Nathanial Bruss motioned to accept the minutes as written.

Communications and Miscellaneous–
- Beth Downs questioned the building activity occurring at the Solitude Ridge development. Chair Brooks McCandlish clarified that the subdivision and any zoning requirements had been approved.
- The Zoning Board revisited the zoning amendments discussion and the letter previously sent to the Planning Board. The Chair Brooks McCandlish shared that the Planning Board has been very busy and the Zoning Board will revisit the zoning amendment discussion possibly in January or February.
Zoning Board Communications:
- The next Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held on January 6th, 2020 at 7:00 pm, remotely via the Zoom platform.
