Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm

Public Present: None
Minutes: The Board reviewed minutes of November 2, 2022.
- Motion: William Duffy motioned to accept the written minutes.
- Second: Doug Southard
- Decision: 4-0
No Applications were received.
Discussion: Doug asked the Board about the history of holding ZBA meetings when there were no new applications or other business. Members of the Board reviewed the past history of this issue. Discussion points centered around the advisability of creating a deadline for adding new business to the agenda and whether a meeting should be cancelled if there is no business to conduct. There appeared to be a consensus that the matter should be given additional consideration at a future meeting. No motion was made that this time.
