A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the Bradford Area Community Center, concerning an application by Jeff and Tracey Quigley for a Special Exception per Article V Section B2 of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance.
On property located at 20 High Street, the applicants propose to attach a 7’6” by 11’6” porch to the front a non-conforming house in currently in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. The proposed porch would extend to not less than 19 feet from the edge of High Street.
