This hearing is in accordance with RSA 672:3, by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, located at 134 East Main Street, Bradford NH 03221 during a special meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, at the Bradford Area Community Center, 134 E. Main Street, Bradford, NH upper level for an Application for Special Exception by applicant Ashley Miller.
This proposal is located on 3087 State Route 114 in the Town of Bradford parcel identified as Map 11, Lot 58. The lot consists of 5.49 acres located in the residential zoning district. The applicant is proposing year-round residential/cottage rentals.

Brooks McCandlish read the requirements to be met by the applicant. The Board agreed that the requirements had been met. There were no objections from the Board. There were no abutters present.
